Since we are a print-on-demand service, your delivery timeline is divided into two phases: Production and Shipping. Because your item is created specifically for you, it takes a little longer to arrive than a standard retail product.
1. The Production Timeline
Before an item is shipped, it must be printed, quality-checked, and packaged.
- Standard Production: Most items (t-shirts, mugs, phone cases) take 2–5 business days to manufacture.
- Complex Items: Larger items like backpacks, dresses, or framed art prints may take 5–7 business days during peak seasons.
- Notification: You will receive an email the moment your item moves from the printing press to our shipping station.
2. Shipping Destinations and Times
We ship to all EU member states, the UK, and international destinations. Once your item leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- EU Central (Germany, France, Netherlands): 3–5 business days.
- UK and Northern Europe: 4–7 business days.
- Southern and Eastern Europe: 5–10 business days.
- International (USA/Canada/Australia): 7–15 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. Factors like local postal delays or customs processing for non-EU orders may affect these times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.
- Standard Shipping: Our most economical tracked service.
- Express Shipping: Available for select regions if you need your items faster.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value (e.g., €75 / £65). Look for the banner on our homepage for current promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every order we ship includes a tracking number. Once your package is scanned by the courier, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can also monitor your delivery status directly through your Printcart account dashboard.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Within the EU: No customs duties apply. VAT is included in the price at checkout based on your country of residence.
- UK Orders: For orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout. For orders over £135, the customer may be responsible for import duties.
- International Orders: For orders outside the EU/UK, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all import taxes and duties levied by their local customs office.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
A package is officially considered “lost” if it has not arrived within 15 business days (EU/UK) or 30 business days (International) after the estimated delivery date.
If your tracking has stopped updating for more than 7 days, please contact us at hello@stickermule.wp-task.online so we can investigate with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
