At Stiqlo, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom stickers, labels, and packaging. Because our products are made specifically for you, our returns and refunds policy is slightly different from standard retail.

This policy is in line with UK consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Custom-Made Products

All products sold on stiqlo.com are custom-made to order based on your design and specifications.

Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind
  • We do not accept cancellations once production has started

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The product does not match your approved design
  • You received the wrong item

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email us at hello@stiqlo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

4. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A free replacement of the product
  • A partial or full refund
  • Store credit (if applicable)

The solution will depend on the nature of the issue.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Errors in design, spelling, or artwork approved by you
  • Color variations due to screen calibration or the conversion from RGB to CMYK print profiles.

  • Please note that minor shifts in cutting (within 1-2mm) are considered standard production tolerances.

  • Minor variations within acceptable production tolerances
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

7. Your Rights Under UK Law

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Under UK law, you are entitled to receive goods that are:

  • As described
  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose

If your order does not meet these standards, you have the right to request a remedy.
