At Stiqlo, we aim to deliver your custom stickers, labels, and packaging quickly, safely, and reliably. This page explains our shipping process, timelines, and what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All our products are custom-made to order, so production begins after your order is confirmed and artwork is approved.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs processing for international orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, but we will always assist you where possible.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not control or predict these fees

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us at hello@stiqlo.com as soon as possible
  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product type or availability.
